Club Medisa – India Wedding & Film Tourism (Türkiye)

For more than a decade, Club Medisa specialised in high-value incoming business from the Indian market – particularly wedding and film tourism. Acting as DMC and strategic coordinator, we designed integrated packages combining hotels, venues, events, film locations and curated experiences across Türkiye. The focus was not only on occupancy, but on maximising total revenue per guest through F&B, events, excursions and bespoke services for families, wedding parties and film crews.

Club Medisa – USA & Cross-Border DMC Operations

Beyond India – Türkiye flows, Club Medisa also developed cross-border products linking Türkiye and the United States. Operating from Los Angeles and Istanbul, we worked with high-expectation travellers, groups and partners to build multi-destination itineraries. These operations reinforced our understanding of rate architecture, contracting, non-room revenue opportunities and the commercial rhythm needed to ramp up a new DMC in its first years.

Volkswagen UK & Germany – “50 Years of Golf” Hot Air Balloon Event, Cappadocia

For Volkswagen UK & Germany, we supported a special “50 Years of Golf” celebration in Cappadocia, designing and delivering a high-impact press and event experience built around the region’s iconic hot air balloons. Our role covered location scouting, permits, logistics and on-the-ground coordination – turning a one-off brand story into a destination- defining visual moment for media, guests and partners, and illustrating how MICE-style events can drive total revenue well beyond room nights.

Toyota Europe – Hilux Test Drive Press Event, Cappadocia

Toyota Europe chose Cappadocia as the stage for an off-road Hilux test drive and press launch. We acted as local production and logistics partner, combining challenging test routes with photogenic landscapes, media-friendly viewpoints and seamless guest movement. The project demonstrated how intelligent route design, content planning and guest flow can support both product storytelling and high-value MICE-style revenue for the destination.
