About Medisa Hospitality
Medisa Hospitality is an independent IR & luxury hospitality advisory boutique founded by Mehmet Sait Yardımcı, supporting integrated resorts, casino-adjacent hotels and destination-led hospitality projects across the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Türkiye and the wider Mediterranean.
Strategy Meets Performance
With 25+ years of experience across tourism, film and hospitality, we combine board-level strategy with hands-on operational know-how. UEFA Europa League — Istanbul Production Support
Turkish Film Commission and Medisa Group delivered end-to-end local production support for international sports media teams and football club content teams during UEFA Europa League operations in Istanbul — serving TNT Sports / Warner Bros. Discovery, Aston Villa FC and SC Freiburg.
Our scope covered filming permit coordination, ATA Carnet and equipment customs process management through Kapıkule Land Border Gate and Istanbul Airport (IST), on-ground production logistics, crew support, city transportation, and match day VIP and crew stadium-hotel transfers across key areas of Istanbul.
This project reflects our experience supporting international sports broadcasters and football clubs filming in Türkiye — particularly for high-profile events requiring fast, reliable, field-aware and locally connected production support.
Channel 4 / Crackit Productions — Supercruising: Life at Sea Series 2
Turkish Film Commission and Medisa Group provided local production support for Crackit Productions’ Channel 4 documentary series Supercruising: Life at Sea Series 2 during the Türkiye filming of a cultural shore excursion from Kuşadası to Şirince.
Our scope covered general filming permit coordination with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism, local filming permissions in Aydın / Kuşadası and İzmir / Selçuk / Şirince, ATA Carnet and equipment customs process coordination at Kuşadası Port, fixer / local coordinator support, local authority notifications, and on-ground coordination with the tour operator Tura Turizm.
The filming followed cruise passengers during their cultural excursion experience, including village streets, local markets, Şirince village life, wine tasting and local gastronomy elements.
This project reflects our experience supporting international documentary productions arriving in Türkiye by cruise ship — especially projects requiring port coordination, customs procedures, local filming permissions, tour operator coordination and fast, reliable field support.
