Today, he continues to support international productions as a Field Producer / Fixer and President of the Turkish Film Commission (TFC), while also being an accredited basketball media member at FIBA and EuroLeague events and a TBF-licensed B Category Basketball Manager. He is regularly invited to major international film festivals – including Cannes, Berlinale and the Silk Road Film Festival in China – which keeps Medisa strategically connected to both the global film industry and high-end hospitality ecosystems.

Medisa Hospitality is led by Mehmet Sait Yardımcı, an experienced tourism and hospitality professional who lived for many years in Los Angeles, worked closely with Las Vegas integrated resorts and developed incoming business from the Indian market to the United States and Türkiye under the Club Medisa brand. In Türkiye, he is widely regarded as one of the early pioneers of wedding tourism and film tourism, having facilitated numerous Indian weddings and Bollywood film, series and music video productions in the country.
